ANOTHER BIG ANNOUNCEMENT as of September 1, 2010 !!!!!

The long awaited website www.flyboyfilms.tv is here! It's up and running with the first of 3 episodes of Shubian's Rift. Each episode will be roughly 45 minutes long, just like an hour long TV broadcasted program. These episodes are sequel to the original movie of the same name. In fact, we'll be placing the original movie on that site very shortly.

Flyboy Film Productions was represented at the annual Imagicon Convention in Birmingham May 21-23, 2010. We were able to show the "Ultimate Edition" version of the original film 4 times. The first "episode" of the sequel named "Failed Diplomacy", the first installment of what is to be a 3 part sequel was shown, as well. The episodes will be 44-50 minutes long. Go to www.Imagicon.org for more information on the convention. We had a dealer table there to sell our wares. 10 copies of the film were sold. May not seem much, but we bested last year's performance. Nearing the end of our stay at the convention Rob Brun, Ellsworth Hall, and Joe Dwyer were interviewed for an internet radio show. The interview went very well.

Welcome to Flyboy Film Productions! My name is Joe Dwyer and I'm the owner of this Independent Film Company. The goal of this company is to produce independent films that are truly independent. Films that stand out from the others as being made from the heart for the audience for which it was intended. "Shubian's Rift" has taken the lead to accomplish that goal. What I wanted as a main ingredient in my films is story. For a film's merit to be based on its story alone is what I strive for.

Independent films aren't supposed to be about how much money you throw at them, how much money they'll make, or how many brand name celebrities are involved, paying for it or worst yet, in it. Its about the filmmaker having a vision that is conveyed accurately into the film with passion and love for the art. I hope to have the audience finish watching my films with a sense that they were entertained in the purist sense-good story telling content with a strong foundation. Shubian's Rift is my first full length feature movie and we are currently working on the sequel.

Shubian's Rift just received its own Title Page on IMDB.com.  Check us out on www.imdb.com, then type in Shubian's Rift in the search window.  There you will find the original trailer with some added effects and a new 4 minute clip from the film. You'll also find the recently added full version of the film with 'updated visual and audio effects'.

This new version of the film is what we call the "Ultimate Edition". It even has a new tagline: "The Profound Secret that will alter the course of humanity".

BIG NEWS!!!!! As of now the "Ultimate Edition" DVD of Shubian's Rift is on sale on www.amazon.com. The movie soundtrack is already being offered there.

The "Ultimate Edition" is also for sale now as a digital download on www.ameibo.com. This is a movie site based in Sweden, with sale availability in 286 countries. We're very excited to have them on our team.

In addition to filmmaking, I also produced the MOtivational Fitness show with my wife that was shown on PM Channel 10 in Newnan, GA. 41 episodes were produced, of which, Mo's favorite 5 have been produced on a "Best of DVD" that is now offered in our store in this very site. This DVD is packaged together with the soundtrack of the music for the show, composed exclusively by Ellsworth Hall. A separate CD of meditation narration and music was also recently produced with a duration of 18 minutes. Once again, Ellsworth Hall provided the music composition while Mo wrote and performed the meditation narration. This, too, is in our store. In February of 2009 we moved the show to channel 19, where it was viewed 3 times a week. We produced 16 episodes for that second season with an extra segment in the show called strength training, hosted by Tim King, owner-operator of NRG Fitness in Newnan.

This includes cameraman, audio boom operator, set construction, lighting, etc. This is strictly volunteer, however, you will receive full credit in the film for your work, and I always feed my crew.
